Carolyn Calvey has spent most of her career in the HR consulting field, specializing in employee benefits analysis, communications and population health management. Most importantly, Carolyn leads both the wellness practice and the communication practice of our firm. She develops branded newsletters for our clients to assist them in most effectively communicating HR, Benefits and Wellness information. Carolyn enjoys helping clients create the most effective strategies to best impact the livelihood of employees.

Carolyn helps organizations leverage investments in human resources through effective usage of benefit plans and employee wellness programs.  She works with each client to gauge critical elements of wellness program success, such as senior management support, budget for incentives, and the overall culture of the organization.   She believes that health promotion is the best tool companies have at this time to lower their long-term health care costs while also increasing the health and happiness of the most valuable assets: the employees.

Areas of Specialization

  • Expertise in HR/Benefits Newsletter design, creation and coordination
  • Creates benefits surveys for multiple Pennsylvania counties as well as private sector clients throughout the US
  • Daily client service to assist in all wellness program implementation and communication projects and problem resolution
  • Intimate knowledge of the RFP marketing process for all coverages
  • Project management; specifically related to implementation of new vendors and a variety of benefit and wellness programs
  • Communication campaign planning, creation and distribution
