Rachel has spent most of her career in the Human Resources consulting field, specializing in employee benefits analysis and client relationship management. Rachel works with clients on all aspects of vendor management and customer service, ensuring that performance guarantees are met. She proactively tracks costs against budgets and analyzes client trends against the marketplace in order to create the most effective benefits solutions. When our clients go out to bid, Rachel will review, score, and negotiate proposals to save clients valuable health care spend while securing the best vendor for their needs. Rachel also serves as the point person and project leader for various counties in Pennsylvania for major healthcare changes and various benefit implementations.
Rachel worked in Towers Perrin’s Human Resource Outsourcing Division for 3 years before joining the Valley Forge Benefits Consulting team. At Towers Perrin, Rachel specialized in Client Relationship Management where she serviced clients ranging in size from 200 to 20,000 employees. Rachel also has experience in the development and revision of summary plan descriptions, a valuable benefit resource for employers and their employees.
Rachel has Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
